aRENA BREAKOUT: INFINITE  

CAMPAIGN Overview:

In 2024, several new extraction shooter video games were launching, and Escape From Tarkov (the industry leader) was facing community frustration. This opened a window for Arena Breakout: Infinite to get attention. The goal was simple: run a strong Closed Beta that press and influencers would pick up on.

Strategy:

Our approach was to tap into the rising interest in extraction shooters with straightforward messaging that helped Arena Breakout: Infinite stand out. We focused on highlighting its beginner-friendly feel and strong anti-cheat support, then built on that with steady press outreach, preview content, and creator involvement. The goal was simply to build interest week by week and make the CBT feel worth paying attention to.

My contribution :

  • Helped shape the key messaging for Arena Breakout: Infinite, focusing on beginner-friendly gameplay, anti-cheat tools, and easy access to the CBT.

  • Assisted with data-driven market research to understand what players and media were discussing in the extraction shooter space.

  • Built and refined outreach lists for press, creators, and influencers who regularly covered similar titles.

  • Assisted in outreaching / coordinating the Alienware Arena partnership to make sure key distribution and timing aligned with campaign goals.

  • Helped track media pickup, creator activity, and early performance numbers to keep the team aligned on campaign progress.
